This document outlines the legal terms governing access to and use of Casino Niagara services in Canada.

Casino Niagara Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Casino Niagara (the “company”). By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the services provided by the company (the “services”), the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Users who do not agree to these Terms must not access or use the services.

The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review this document periodically in order to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Access Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the services is restricted to individuals who are at least 19 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to users in Canada, consistent with the legal gambling age applicable in most Canadian provinces. Users in jurisdictions where a higher minimum age applies must comply with that higher requirement.

By creating an account or using the services, the user confirms that they meet the applicable age requirement in their province or territory of residence. The company may request documentation to verify age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The services are available only to individuals located in jurisdictions where access to online casino and betting services is lawful. Each user is solely responsible for determining whether their use of the services complies with the laws of their province, territory, or other jurisdiction.

The company does not represent or warrant that the services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Account Eligibility

Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Users must not create or use an account on behalf of another person.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, the user must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Account information must be updated promptly if any details change. The company is not responsible for any issues, losses, or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

3.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including username and password. Login details must not be shared with any third party. Any activity conducted through an account will be deemed to have been carried out by the account holder, whether or not it was authorized by the account holder.

If unauthorized access or use of an account is suspected, the user must notify the company without delay through the official contact channels.

3.3 Account Verification

The company may require identity verification before permitting account registration, deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the services. Verification procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable Canadian regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access, suspension, or closure of the account.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

4.1 Permitted Use

The services may be used solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Using the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, provincial, or territorial law
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
  • Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, age verification, or identity checks, including through the use of virtual private networks, proxy services, or similar technologies
  • Accessing or attempting to access another user’s account
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, or manipulation in connection with the services
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity, security, or operation of the services or related systems

The company may suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions and may report such conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or regulation.

5. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account may be classified as inactive if the registered user has not logged in or otherwise engaged with the services for a consecutive period as defined in the company’s internal account management policy. Users will be notified in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements before any action is taken in respect of an inactive account.

Dormant accounts are handled in compliance with applicable provincial regulations. Any funds held in a dormant account will be managed in accordance with the procedures set out in the account management policy and applicable law.

6. Amendments to Terms

The company may update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users in advance. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated within this document. Continued use of the services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users who do not accept the revised Terms must discontinue use of the services and may request account closure.

7. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an as-available basis. Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to the services is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any non-excludable rights under consumer protection legislation applicable in the user’s province or territory of residence.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which the user resides. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable Canadian province.

Users who have a complaint or dispute in relation to the services are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance. Complaints will be addressed in a manner consistent with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

9. Incorporation of Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with the following documents, which form part of the overall agreement between the user and the company:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Responsible Gaming Policy
  • Account Verification Policy

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any incorporated policy, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant policy or in applicable law.
